How It Works
Four steps from listing to review, each one clear and trackable.
Owners List Their Vehicles
Independent vehicle owners register on RentaKey and list their car, motorcycle, tuk-tuk, or van. They set their own daily rate, availability, and pickup location. There are no upfront costs. Owners only earn when their vehicle goes out.
Renters Search & Book
Renters browse available vehicles nearby, filter by type, price, and features, then send a booking request directly through the platform. Every listing shows transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Pick Up & Drive
Once confirmed, the renter meets the owner at the agreed pickup location, completes a quick vehicle inspection, and drives off. Self-drive and chauffeur options are available depending on the listing.
Return & Review
At the end of the rental the vehicle is returned and both parties can leave a review. Honest feedback from both sides is what keeps the platform trustworthy.
